Prakash serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kerox and oversees all aspects of the business, including Technology and R&D.  He earned a Ph.D. (1993) and a MS (1990) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, USA.  He earned a B.E. (1989) in the same field from the Mangalore University, India.  He brings in 20 years of technical expertise and business management to Kerox, and has previous worked for several companies in Silicon Valley, USA.  He is the co-founder of technology companies in both USA and India.

Mrs. Saroja Ramanath

Saroja has been involved with Kerox since its inception in 1968.  She is an active Company Director and is involved in various aspects of the day to day business operations.

Mallesh serves as the President & Chief Operating Officer.  He has close to 20 years of experience in engineering, management, and marketing.  Prior to joining Kerox he has held positions at Apollo Tyres and J.K. Tyres.  He earned a B.E. (1986) in Mechanical Engineering and M.E. (1988) in Management  from SJCE, University of Mysore.  He is also a certified ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor.

Mr. V. Lakshmanan
Vice President of Operations

Lakshmanan (Laxman) serves as the Vice President of Operations.  He has over 30 years of experience in Manufacturing and Marketing.  Prior to joining Kerox he has held various positions in leading companies such as Kothari Chemicals Ltd. (SPIC Heavy Chemicals) and Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd.  He earned a B.Tech (1974) in Chemical Engineering from A.C.Tech, Chennai.

Mr. Santosh I. Sindagi
Senior Manager Technology

Santosh serves as the Senior Manager Technology.  He carries out cross functional roles with Production, QC and R&D.  He has a B.Sc. (2000) from Basaveswara Science College, Bagalkot.  He is also a certified ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor.
